Approved, not yet on the shelf.
Whiskey bottled in the United States, or imported in bottles, needs a federally approved label first, unless it's made for sale in one state only. Approved labels go into a public federal registry, usually within a couple of days. That registry is where Cask Grail reads new labels. A label approval is permission to bottle. It isn't an announcement or a release date.
